Georges Affaki will deliver an address on the topic of third party financing in international arbitration at the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) / UNCITRAL / Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration Arabic Moot International Edition in Riyadh. Professor Affaki had previously spoken on the topic and published an article in the ICC Institute Dossier.
