Héloïse Broc
Héloïse Broc is an Avocate specialised in international dispute resolution. Her practice includes both contract and Treaty-based arbitration.
She assists Professor Georges Affaki in the management of complex international arbitration cases where he acts as presiding or sole arbitrator.
Prior to joining AFFAKI, Héloïse practiced in several leading international law firms, in Paris and London. In this capacity, Héloïse advised and represented clients in complex arbitrations, in a wide range of sectors and under a variety of applicable laws, and arbitration rules. She also has experience in appearing before French courts in arbitration-related and general commercial law proceedings.
Héloïse graduated with honours from the University Paris XI Jean Monnet.
Héloïse is admitted to the Paris Bar. She is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
