AFFAKI hosts a world première at the PAW with the PCA and P.R.I.M.E. Finance sharing insights at a unique event on challenges and solutions in finance and banking arbitration. Judges, arbitrators, counsel and corporate officers will engage in a debate on what makes banking disputes different from any other disputes and what it takes to tame the process. For the first time in Paris, the new P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules are presented by the drafting group and the administering institution.
