Georges Affaki has facilitated and witnessed the signing of, and spoken at the signing ceremony at the Peace Palace for, the Cooperation Agreement between the Permanent Court of Arbitration represented by his HE Ambassador Hugo Siblesz and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration represented by his HE Dr Hamed Merah.
