Georges Affaki will join a panel discussing the status of enforcement of foreign and local arbitral awards in the Arab world. What procedures and formalities must be observed to facilitate enforcement?   Why is mediation not being used more extensively as the preferred method for resolving commercial disputes?  What recent trends are there in regional court judgments in respect of international commercial disputes?
